Obtaining Racial states!
| To obtain racial states, you must have obtained the Base racial state (unlocked from the Turles movie! (PVP will not work for leveling or flickers!)

You need to obtain 5 flickers, flickers are a flag in your form list.

in order to be eligable to obtain a flicker, you must meet a level requirement on your forms, the form you wish to obtain racial states for has to be level 2 or higher.
|
Flickers can be obtained from 2 different methods, by transforming into the form you desire to get flickers for, and by taking damage while using the form you desire to get flickers for.

The chance of flickers increases the lower your HP is!
